Shipping & Returns


SHIPPING POLICY

1. PAYMENTS

For your convenience, we accept PayPal, credit cards (Visa, MC, Amex), money orders, personal and business checks. Checks and PayPal eChecks must clear before item is shipped. This may take 7-10 business days. When payment is received you will receive an email confirming your payment. We ship USPS to US addresses. All shipping costs are calculated by weight and zip code from USPS. We do not charge a handling fee or inflate our shipping charges. We only charge EXACT shipping. There is one exception to our shipping charges, when we offer free shipping. Then the shipping is FREE! All items are shipped within 48 hours and most in less than 24 hours. We offer Priority, Express and Parcel Post. We do not recommend Parcel Post. It takes forever. When your mailing label is printed, you will receive an email alerting you that your package is on its way. You will also receive your USPS tracking number.

2. DELIVERY TIMESCALE

We process your order right away (subject to stock) for delivery (Monday-Friday, excluding US public holidays) within 1-2 working days of your order. Although we aim to deliver in the time indicated, we do not guarantee such dates.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, you have a right to cancel the order at any time prior to our releasing shipment. We will deduct any charges we have incurred in processing and returning your payment.

You may cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of goods provided the goods are returned to us unused with all packaging and contents intact, with delivery and insurance pre-paid and returned within 14 days (Once you have broken the seal, it is deemed used.). We will refund the cost of your purchase within 30 days of receiving your item, less any delivery/insurance charges. All cancellations must be advised in writing whereupon we will issue a Returns Authorization Number. Our Returns Authorization number must be written on the outside of the package. We will not accept any returns at our office without this number.

RETURNS POLICY

We will gladly accept your return. We do require all returns be in re-sellable condition and in the original packaging. We also require a 20% restocking charge. Shipping is not refundable. Refunds will be made in their original payment form. Defective items will be replaced immediately and at our cost. Returns accepted within 7 days of item received. Returns must be approved and an RMA must be issued.
